Our Appointment Policy
We ask all of our clients to be aware of what service they are scheduled for and to please call us with any questions or concerns. We respect both your time and our stylists time, and this ensures enough time is scheduled to complete your services.

While we understand mistakes can be made, if appointment services are removed on the day of service (i.e. changing a haircolor and cut to only receiving a haircut) there will still be a charge for the full service that was scheduled as it would be too last minute for us to fill that significant time slot.

Our 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.
Appointment text message and/or email reminders are sent out THREE (3) DAYS before your scheduled appointment to confirm your attendance. We give a courtesy call 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your attendance if we do not receive a response. Any cancellations made after 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee (50% of service scheduled) added to your next appointment service total. If you do not have any future appointments booked with us, an appointment cannot be made until the charge is complete.​​
First time color appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. The deposit will go towards the appointment total.

Our salon booking and cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We don’t want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service. Please understand that we’re committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.

If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
Our Late Policy
We encourage all of our clients to arrive on time (preferably 5-10 minutes before your appointment time). Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call us on 845-876-0409 if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment or if service adjustments will need to be made (i.e. a color service with no blow-dry).

Our Refund Policy
Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:

1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive if contacted within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

2. While we do not offer refunds for product purchases, we will gladly exchange the product for another one that will better fit your needs.

Privacy Policy
Information collected from our booking system or communications is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Only employees have access to your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.
